| MBB | A five-day Master Black Belt Training Workshop builds on the one-day Executive Overview and Champion Training Session. Novel Idea's Master Black Belt (MBB) curriculum has been specifically designed to provide participants with an in-depth knowledge of how to successfully implement both DMAIC and DFSS in all organisations and how to coach technical practitioners on all aspects of Six Sigma. The Master Black Belts focus on the leadership role for deployment as well as on the management of Six Sigma. The five-day session follows the Six Sigma deployment process and assists the Master Back Belt to launch and lead Six Sigma successfully. Topics that will be covered include the development of organisation's dashboards to assist Executives to lead Six Sigma from the top. The Master Black Belt will assist the Champions with project selection as well as with resource allocation. The Master Black Belt will lead, train, coach and assess projects, and will receive training as well as assessments on their ability to do this.
