MBB A five day Master Black Belt training workshop builds on the one-day executive overview and Champion training session. Novel Idea's Master Black Belt (MBB) curriculum has been specifically designed to provide participants with an in-depth knowledge of how to successfully implement both DMAIC and DFSS in all organizations, how to coach technical practitioners on all aspects of Six Sigma. The Master Black Belts focus on the leadership role for Deployment as well as management of Six Sigma. The five day session follows the Six Sigma Deployment process, and assist the Master Back Belt to launch and lead Six Sigma successfully.
